SnapWorldMap Privacy Policy

SnapWorldMap is a paid, offline-first educational puzzle app. The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the app.

Data handled by the app

• No account or sign-in is provided.
• No advertising, analytics, tracking, or online leaderboard SDK is included.
• Nicknames, settings, and Top 10 results are stored only on the device.
• JSON, CSV, and ZIP export files are created only when the user requests an export. The user chooses where and with whom to share them.
• Import reads only the file selected by the user and stores valid imported settings and ranking data on the device.
• The app may use the operating system’s standard in-app review interface. The platform provider handles that interface under its own terms and privacy policy.

Maps and names

Map geometry, names, boundaries, and region groupings are organized as educational references using commonly used public data and localized terminology. They do not express a political position, recognition of statehood, or a territorial claim. Sources and versions are listed in the app under Settings > About > Sources & Map Notes.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Parents and guardians should avoid entering personally identifying information as a local nickname or in an exported file name.
