Common Questions

Notifications appear only when notification permission is enabled and an Outdoor Day is active.
iCloud sync on iOS and Google Drive backup on Android are optional.
Export and import are available from Settings.
You can delete local app data from Settings.
On Android, you can separately delete the private Google Drive backup from Settings > Google Drive backup.
This app is a reminder and record tool, not medical advice.
